4th meeting 2CN-CLab 2017 – São Paulo, Brazil

“A look at the urban territory”, the 2CN-CLab Meeting “Culture, Cooperation and Networks”, was held on 18 and 19 October at the Centro de Pesquisa e Formação (CPF) do Sesc São Paulo, Brazil. Organized by CECS, this is part of the Post-Doctoral Research project conducted by Manuel Gama, in collaboration with the CPF Sesc São Paulo.

In this opening conference, Marta Porto, was the keynote speaker, giving a lecture about cultural cooperation networks. The first round table was attended by Joselaine Mendes Tojo (Rede de Educadores de Museus), Cynthia Margareth (Lume Teatro), Cleiton Pereira (Grupo Contadores de Mentira) e Juliana Cintra (Ação Educativa). The second round table was attended by Donny Correia (Rede de Museus Casas Literárias) e Rogério Zaghi (Orquestra Sinfônica do Estado de São Paulo).

The second day was held in the Sesc Campo Limpo, through the presentation of the research – City School / Sesc São Paulo with Yuri Bassichetto Tambucci, and the Sarau do Binho initiative, with Suzi de Aguiar Soares and Diana Padial.

Cultural Cooperation Networks – Creative Laboratory (2CN-CLAB) is being promoted since January 2016, aims to promote a critical and constructive discussion about the cultural cooperation networks and, in this way, to raise awareness and empower the participants to participate in organizations of this nature.

2CN-CLab Talks and work visits 2017 – São Paulo, Brazil
The 2CN-CLab held four 2CN-CLab Talks and two work visits in São Paulo, Brazil.
Organized by CECS, this is part of the Post-Doctoral Research project conducted by Manuel Gama, in collaboration with Faculdade de Tecnologia de Barueri (Fatec Barueri), October 20th; Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” – Câmpus de Marília (UNESP), 24th; Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUC-Campinas),  25th; e pela Escola de Comunicação e Artes, Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 27th.
The work visits were held at the Coordenadoria de Teatros da Secretaria de Cultura de Campinas (Campinas) e na Fundação Itaú Cultural (São Paulo), respectively, on the 26th and 27th.

The next actions, 2CN-CLab Talks, will be in Brazil, Spain and Portugal, between October and December 2017.
