The 5th CECS Food and Sustainability Seminar will be held on October 17 at 10 am at the Braga Business Association’s Catering Academy (AEB).
The event, which will be part of the Sustainable Food Week organised by the Environment Sector of Braga City Council, will be attended by Iva Pires from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and Monica Rebecca Nunes from ESPM-SP. The moderator will be Cynthia Luderer, a researcher at CECS.
Participants will have the chance to taste some recipes made with locally sourced ingredients while working through recipe notebooks and their lessons.
