Between 28 February and 28 March are open the call for FCT PhD Scholarships 2019. 950 scholarships will be awarded and the Communication and Society Research Centre will be available as a host institution.
The CECS has more than fifty researchers with doctorates who work in the following areas of research: Communication, Social Organizations and Dynamics, Cultural Studies and Media and Journalism.
This year, the submission of applications allows us to use the new Science Vitae curriculum platform, which will soon replace platforms such as FCT | SIG CV and DeGóis. It also failed to require the submission of undergraduate and masters degrees at the time of application as a criterion for admissibility. Only students who wish to benefit from the score attributed due to the degree and/or master’s degree must present the documentation in the application.
The research work to be carried out by the candidates in this competition may be carried out in any knowledge-intensive environment, in particular in collaboration with companies and other public and private institutions.
