Patricia Schroeder is the guest of the next CECS Talks on “Crisis Communication in Uruguay: approaching the Latin American perspective”, which will take place on July 1, at 6:30 pm.
The session, inserted in a space dedicated to online conversations about Strategic Communication, is promoted by the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS) and will be transmitted on the Zoom platform and on Facebook of this research unit.
Open to the entire academic community, this session is a proposal to discuss the challenges of communication in a time of pandemic. With a special focus on the management of Crisis Communication during COVID-19, the guest will address the communication model developed in Latin America, specifically in Uruguay, where she has participated in the work of the Government’s Crisis Committee.
Patricia Schroeder has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Communication and Management. She was part of the Strategic Communication team at the University of Montevideo. She is a professor of Strategic Communication at the Faculty of Communication of the same University. She is a visiting professor at universities in Peru, Ecuador, and Paraguay.
The communication will be in Spanish.
