CFP – 3rd Conference on Sociology of Knowledge, Science and Technology in Portugal

It is now open the call for papers for the 3rd Conference on Sociology of Knowledge, Science and Technology in Portugal, an initiative of the Working Section Knowledge, Science and Technology of the Portuguese Sociology Association (APS), due on 24th April 2014. The event will take place at the University of Minho, from 7 to 8 September 2017, with keynote speaker Ulrike Felt, for the University of Wien and President of EASST (European Association for the Study of Science and Technology), as well as a round-table with public and private representatives.

This scientific event will discuss, for instance, science and technology policies, citizen participation in public subjects and research methods in knowledge sociology. The conference is organised by CECS
