The Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) published the Call for Individual Scientific Employment Stimulus (7th Edition) opening notice. According to the information on the FCT website, applications will be held from September 30 to November 29, 2024.
The Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS) will welcome applications that show high potential for integration into the centre’s scientific strategy, so applicants wishing to have it as their host institution should submit their proposal via an online form by September 16.
In October, the CECS plans to hold an information session on this competition, seeking to clarify the stages of the application process – documents and useful information – and providing a space for sharing experiences with winners of previous editions.
The Individual Call is aimed at national, foreign and stateless doctoral graduates with a degree in any scientific field who wish to conduct scientific research or technological development in Portugal.
Applications will be submitted in English, using the electronic platform to be made available in due course by the FCT.
