Diana Pinto: new PhD in Communication Sciences

On March 2, at 2:30 pm, in the Institute of Social Sciences, took place the Ph.D. viva in Sciences Communication of Diana Patrícia Pires Pinto.

The thesis, supervised by Sara Pereira, is entitled “Sources of information and media literacy in health: a study with Portuguese adolescents”.

The jury, chaired by Helena Sousa, was composed of:

– Rita Maria Spain Pires Chaves Torrado da Silva, Assistant Professor with Aggregation, Department of Sociology, ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon;

– Sandra Cristina Santos Monteiro Marinho, Assistant Professor, Department of Communication Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences, University of Minho.
