PhD programme in Cultural Studies – 2nd phase of application

The second phase of application for the PhD programme in Cultural Studies of the University of Minho will run until September 8. Classes will start in October 2017.

With a multi, inter and transdisciplinary nature, which considers Cultural Studies at the intersection of Artistic and Literary Studies with Communication Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, History, Anthropology and Geography, this doctoral programme aims at preparing high quality human resources for the exercise of functions in the area of ​​Culture, as well as for the production of excellent research in this field. Aiming at excellence in scientific education, both at the national and the international scope, the PhD programme in Cultural Studies of the University of Minho works in articulation with a network of cultural and artistic national and regional institutions, with which some protocols of cooperation have already been established.
