Ece Canli elected board member of ATGENDER

Ece Canli, researcher at CECS, was elected as board member at the general assembly of the ATGENDER 24 conference. ATGENDER, the European Association for Gender Research, Education and Documentation brings together academics, professionals, activists and institutions in the field of women’s, gender, transgender, sexuality and queer studies, feminist research, sexual and women’s rights, LGBTQI, equality and diversity. Founded in 2009 by key players in the field of gender, feminist and women’s studies in Europe, it is today one of the largest and most recognised bodies in the field, through its individual and institutional members.
Ece Canli will also be co-chairing and co-organising the 12th European Feminist Research Conference, part of the 2025 edition of ATGENDER (Barcelona, 9-12 July).
