Halima Regad, a lecturer at University Abdelhamid Ibn Badis Mostaganem, visited the CECS and the University of Minho under the Erasmus + program. Last June 3, she delivered the seminar “The status of women in organizational communication: a case study of female employees in Algeria”.
In an interview, Halima Regad presented her academic path and talked about the exchange experience between Algeria and Portugal.
