The Municipality of Valongo, which closed the celebrations of its 180 years of existence on November 28, decided to honor 79 natural citizens of that county for contributions given in various areas in cultural, associative, socio-educational and sports life.
The CECS researcher Manuel Pinto was one of them, for his academic career and for studies about the Bugiada and Mouriscada Festival, which has an ongoing research project at CECS.
