“Policies for the Audiovisual in Spain: From the digital blackout to the financial crisis” was the theme of the last Permanent Seminar on Communication and Culture Policies of CECS, held on September 27, and which was led by María-Jesús Diaz, who is to develop a research stay at the CECS in the field of communication policies.
