On September 20, at 6:00 p.m., in the auditorium of the Social Sciences Institute, took place the “MCC Experience”, a debate with three former students of Communication at the University of Minho.
Augusto Fraga, director; Fatima Faria, RTP journalist and Tiago Craveiro, CEO of the Portuguese Football Federation, were invited to talk about their professional experience in Communication in the session that reinforced the opening of the 2018-2019 school year for the Master in Communication Sciences.
In a conversation marked by informality, the guests gave their testimony, seeking to advise the new masters based on the professional and personal experience of each one. Fátima Faria was the first to address the students, mentioning the experience she has in receiving trainees and the difficulties she generally identifies. Tiago Craveiro opted for a more focused discourse on his experience as a professional that changed from journalism to the position of director general of the Portuguese Football Federation. Augusto Fraga recalled the time when he was a student and mentioned some of the qualities necessary to work in the area of Audiovisual and Multimedia.
Different choices that led to different courses of students of the same course. The debate was led by Felisbela Lopes, Alberto Sá and Ana Melo, professors of the master’s degree in Communication Sciences and researchers from CECS.
