The PhD exams in Sociology of Fernando Henrique Dantas de Paiva, took placed on December 16th, at 9.30 a.m.
The thesis, under the supervision of Ana Paula Marques, is entitled “Public policies and entrepreneurship in the Federal Institutes of Technological Education of Brazil: a case study in IFRN”.
The jury, chaired by Helena Sousa, was composed of:
– Carlos Manuel da Silva Gonçalves, Full Professor, Department of Sociology, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Porto;
– Mariana Teresa Gaio Alves, Associate Professor with Aggregation, Department of Applied Social Sciences, Institute of Education, University of Lisbon;
– Ana Paula Pereira Marques, Associate Professor with Aggregation, Department of Sociology, Institute of Social Sciences, University of Minho;
– Carlos Gil Correia Veloso da Veiga, Associate Professor with Aggregation, Department of Sociology, Institute of Social Sciences, University of Minho;
– António José Sousa de Almeida, Coordinating Professor, Department of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management, Higher School of Business Sciences, Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal.
The examination was held on Zoom.
