Ana Carolina Silva is a PhD student in Cultural Studies and holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Minho, having completed her undergraduate studies in Public Administration at the Federal University of Fluminense. Since 2022, she has been a member of the team at the Centre for Communication and Society Studies (CECS), where she carries out research within the framework of the Observatory for Science, Communication and Culture Policies (PolObs), with a particular interest in cultural policies.
