Between 2017 and 2020, she attended the Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Minho and, in 2020, she started the Master’s Degree in Human Rights at the same university, where she completed her dissertation entitled “The Right to Education in the Prison Context and Social Reintegration: Challenges and Potentialities”.
Carla Freitas is currently a student on the Doctoral Programme in Sociology.
