Communication professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing institutional strategies, crisis management, and press relations. Since 2020, she has been the Coordinator of the Communication Office at the Fernando Pessoa Education and Culture Foundation.
Throughout her career, she has worked in various sectors, from politics to education, health to culture, retail, and the environment. A specialist in strategic communication, crisis management and reputation, she has extensive experience in press relations, public relations, media training and event organisation.
Academically, she is a PhD student in Communication Sciences at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho and a researcher at the  Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS). With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Communication Sciences – specialising in Information and Journalism – from Fernando Pessoa University, her research focuses on media coverage of human rights, the role of emotion in journalism and strategic communication as a tool for influence and reputation building.
