With over a decade of professional experience, she has played various roles in the field of Communication in sectors as diverse as Politics; Education; Health; Retail; Environmental; Bookselling and Publishing.
She is currently a PhD candidate in Communication Sciences at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Minho. She has a degree and a Master’s in Communication Sciences, specialising in Information and Journalism, from Fernando Pessoa University.
She researches the areas of Sociology of the Media and its Communication Policies, focusing on the study of human rights in information.
