Cláudia Henriques has a PhD in Communication Studies: Technology, Culture and Society from the University of Minho. She has a degree in History and a master’s degree in Journalism from NOVA FCSH. She also has a postgraduate degree in Documentary Sciences (Archive variant) from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon.
She has published and carried out research in the field of radio studies and media history. Her interests centre in particular on the history of radio, the problem of radio sound archives and the epistemology of sound.
