Researcher, PhD candidate in Communication Sciences at the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS), University of Minho (UMinho).
Master’s Degree in Communications Policy from the University of Westminster (2012). She holds a Social Communication – Journalism degree from the University of Brasília (1991).
She has experience and interest in the areas of Communication, Internet Regulation, Public Policies and Digital Media.
Legislative Consultant for the House of Representatives in Communication, Science, and Technology and Information Technology.
