Gracieli Silva holds a master’s degree in Communication, Art, and Culture from the University of Minho. Her dissertation, “Flowers in Hell — Towards the Construction of a Scenic Narrative Based on the Stories of Women Who Have Experienced an Abusive Relationship”, earned her the 2022 Research Award from the Portuguese Association for Victim Support (APAV) for her outstanding work on violence against women in romantic relationships.

She is currently conducting her PhD research in Sociology, entitled “Good morning, do you need help? Time as a political challenge for women in the commercial sector”. Her research interests focus on gender-based violence, inequalities, and prejudices.
