Iván Puentes Rivera centred his PhD research in the institutional and political communication of 314 Municipalities withi the autonomous community Galicia, in Spain. Thus exploring the potential of RP initiatives, Ivan Rivera explored the Portuguese case, in a research project supervised by Teresa Ruão.
PhD Candidate and Lecturer in the University of Vigo, he is a member of the research group “NECOM: Communication, Advertisement and Politics”, held in the UVigo.
