Jorge Garrido has a degree in Geography and Planning and a Masters in Geography, specialising in Territorial Planning and Management from the University of Minho. He defended his dissertation on “Electoral Observation Missions in the Global South – the case of Guinea-Bissau”, in February 2021.
He is currently a PhD student in Cultural Studies at the University of Minho, where he is developing his research focusing on themes such as democracy, culture and peace.
