With a first degree in electrical engineering, in the 1980s, Lauralice Ribeiro worked in the segment until the mid-1990s, when she migrated her career to the management area. With a degree in business administration from Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política do Estado de São Paulo, she worked in the marketing area of national and multinational companies, specializing in retail marketing at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She worked in the area for over 10 years and then migrated her career to communication.

Post-graduated in organizational communication at Casper Líbero Foundation, she has vast experience in the management of corporate communication with a focus on internal communication, endomarketing and institutional communication of public and private organizations. As an entrepreneur, she has developed and managed communication and corporate education projects, national and international event management, digital communication and public relations for clients in Brazil.

In 2022 she completed her master’s degree in communication at the University of Coimbra with research that evaluated the presence of the discipline of organizational communication in the curriculum of management schools in Brazil and Portugal. She is currently a doctoral student in Communication Sciences at the same university, developing a research project about organizational communication for sustainability.
