PhD in Communication Sciences, by the University of Minho in 2012, he carries out research on the Media Education field and the technological public policies for education.
He was involved in the CECS research team that has won the Evens Foundation Prize, in 2009, which has promoted the publication of a booklet collection about the relationship of children with Internet, social media, television and videogames.
