Maria Manuela Laranjeira, geographer, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Minho since 1999. She received a PhD in Geography – Specialization in Physical Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of Minho in 2010.
She teaches and develops research in Landscape Ecology, Urban Climatology, Remote Sensing and GIS.
