Miguel Sopas de Melo Bandeira is a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Geography of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho. He holds a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Minho (2002); a Master in Human Geography, Faculty of Arts, University of Coimbra (1993); and a degree in Geography from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto (1982).
