Mónica Arto Blanco was in the CECS in the light of a IACOBUS exchange programme or the Euroregion Galicia – North Portugal, supervised by Anabela Carvalho. She was then working in RESCLIMA project, about social percpetions on climate change, among university undergraduates in the Ibero-american space.
Mónica Blanco was a PhD student and research on Environmental Education at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
