Monica Franchi Carniello was in the CECs to develop the project “Offical Communication in Social Media in Portugal and Brazil”, supervised by Zara Pinto-Coelho.
PhD in Communication and Semiotics by PUC – Catholic University of São Paulo (Brazil), she was a Lecturer in the University of Taubaté (Brazil). Then she was also coordination the research “Social media: trends and challenges for a networked communication”, funded by a FUNADESP fellowship programme.
