Born in Braga and started, without finishing, his academic career in 2002 in the Management course at the University of Minho.
He concluded the Integrated Master in Police Sciences and Internal Security. My final dissertation was on Crisis Communication.
He is a PhD student in Communication Sciences at the University of Minho.
He is interested in the areas of Strategic Communication, focusing on the study of media coverage of crisis events involving themes such as public safety and human rights.
He has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of public security and has held various positions in this area and in different cities.
