Xabier Martínez Rolán was in the University of Minho in a IACOBUS funded programme, with a research project about the transparency processes in websites and social media within Galician and North of Portugal Municipalities. He was supervised by Luís António Santos.
He is a Lecturer and researcher in the University of Vigo (Spain).
