Following the registration period for the 1st International Congress on Identity, Lusophony, Interculturalism and Communication (ILIC_22), the event’s organising committee reported 105 registered participants.
The organisation refers that registrations were evenly distributed among the themes: 22% on Identity, 27% on Lusophony, 22% on Interculturalism and 28% on Communication. As to the origin of the authors, the majority come from Brazil (16 different locations). Lusophony is also represented by participants from Portugal, Angola, and Mozambique. The Congress also welcomes researchers from Spain, Belgium, Argentina, and Malaysia.
The ILIC_22 will be hosted simultaneously in Brazil and Portugal on September 14 and 15 at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and the University of Minho, on-site and virtually.
