Multiculturalism in debate

Ângelo Correia, Francisco Seixas da Costa and João Rosas are the invited speakers of the next session of the “New Ágora” conference cycle, organized by the Archdiocese of Braga. The meeting “Looks at Multiculturalism” is scheduled for Friday, March 17, at 9:00 pm, in the Vita Auditorium (Braga) and is moderated by CECS researcher Rita Ribeiro.

The project, inspired by the Atrium of the Gentiles, a Vatican platform for dialogue between believers and non-believers that in 2012 passed through Braga and Guimarães, aims to “contribute to a broader society with creative traits always happening”.

The researcher Eduardo Duque (CECS), coordinator of the project, stresses that he would like that Nova Ágora “will contribute to generating collective capital, dialogue among different people, and be capable to resolve conflicts, designing new practices, bringing new experiences, and giving a present who actually finds no future”.
