The CECS Observatory of Policies on Science, Communication and Culture has finalised the study “Public funding of human resources training: doctoral scholarships in Communication and Information Sciences”.
In the recently published report, it presents the results of the research that sought to characterise and reflect on Portuguese public funding for doctoral training in the area of Communication Sciences, as well as to analyse the impact of public investment in advanced training.
The study team included Elsa Costa e Silva, Madalena Oliveira, Mariana Lameiras and Cláudia Dominguez.
