The Communication and Culture Policy Observatory of the Communication and Society Research Centre – POLObs – will participate in the II International Observatory Meeting, which will take place on December 3rd and 4th, in Fortaleza, Brazil.
The II Meeting is promoted by the Fortaleza Planning Institute (Iplanfor), through the Fortaleza Observatory, in partnership with the Ceará State Legislative Assembly, through the Cearense Parliamentary School (Unipace) and aims to discuss the contribution observatories for practicing good governance in cities and their complexities.
Also in Brazil, Manuel Gama, one of the POLObs coordinators, will also represent the observatory in the “Afternoon of the Observatory”, on December 5th.
