Jorge Rafael Martins Garrido’s PhD exams in Cultural Studies will be held on 27 January in the Conference Room of the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Minho, at 9.15am.
The thesis, supervised by João Sarmento, is entitled ‘Mozambique: democracy, culture and peace’.
The jury, chaired by Felisbela Lopes, is made up of:

– Sheila Pereira Khan, Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário do Porto and Integrated Researcher at CICANT – Centre for Research in Applied Communication, Culture and New Technologies.
