PhD viva of Laura Neiva

The PhD viva of Laura Carvalho de Oliveira Neiva in Sociology will be held on 26 November at 1.30 pm in the Sala de Atos of the Institute of Social Sciences.

The thesis, supervised by Helena Machado, is entitled Expectativas de agentes policiais sobre Big Data no sistema de policiamento e investigação criminal em Portugal [Police officers’ expectations of Big Data in the policing and criminal investigation system in Portugal].

The jury, chaired by Ana Paula Marques, is composed by:
