PhD Viva of Ricardo Zocca

Ricardo Oliveira Zocca’s PhD exams in Communication Sciences will be held on 22 July at 2pm in the Sala de Atos of the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Minho. The thesis, supervised by Moisés de Lemos Martins, is entitled ‘The great defeat: A study of modernity and its unsustainability’.

The jury, chaired by Felisbela Lopes, is made up of:

Moisés Adão de Lemos Martins, Emeritus Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Minho;
Joaquim Mateus Paulo Serra, Full Professor of the Department of Communication, Philosophy and Politics of the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Beira Interior;
Maria Cláudia Silva Afonso e Álvares, Associate Professor, Department of Sociology, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa;
Maria Zara Simões Pinto Coelho, Associate Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho;
Luís Miguel Nunes da Silva Loureiro, Assistant Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences of the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Minho.
