This book’s primary objective is to enhance and share knowledge about the emerging area of social responsibility communication. Social responsibility entails a set of policies and practices that an organisation voluntarily to meet the needs of its various stakeholders harmoniously. In recent decades, organisations have been increasingly adopting social responsibility. Therefore, the specific study of social responsibility through the lens of organisational communication has become a pressing issue. With this book, we present a framework for this theme and a communication model for social responsibility.
