For this reason, this is, in particular, a book that is indebted to the generosity of the authors who agreed to share in this way the research work they do. As modest as Lusocom itself, which pursues, with numerous difficulties, the objective of creating conditions for Portuguese-speaking countries and communities to develop studies of the sciences and politics of communication in the Lusophone space, this volume, however, summarizes more an effort to fulfill the mission proposed by the federation.
