Itinerary of Seminars “Cultures and Work” – Session 4

The fourth session of the Itinerary of Seminars “Cultures and Work” is scheduled for June 15, at 6 pm, with the participation of Orquídea Ribeiro, Daniela Fonseca and Esser Jorge Silva, CECS researchers and professors at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. The session will be held via Zoom.

“Heritage, work and territory: sustainability of culture in peri-urban areas” is the topic presented by Orquídea Ribeiro, followed by Daniela Fonseca with the theme: “New and old social movements on work: dialogue of culture(s)”.

This itinerary of seminars under the topic Cultures and Work aims to make a tour around universities and R&D centres, revisiting teaching and research centres in social sciences. It will focus on current issues and summon its discussion’s urgency, confronting multidisciplinary perspectives and training areas.

The itinerary is organised by the CECS, with the alternating participation of the University of Minho, the University of Coimbra, the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and the University of Vigo.
