The International Seminar: Aging in Portugal and in Europe: SHARE as a social research infrastructure will be held on 6 July at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Lisbon).
The seminar, organized by the SHARE project, coordinated by Professor Alice Matos, will discuss issues such as research infrastructures in social sciences, (dis)employment, reform and social policies, as well as question the impacts and economic challenges that today place. The day is also devoted to health, seeking to think about the risks and inequalities in health and questioning the promotion of health and quality of life.
Parallel to the communications, there will be an exhibition of posters related to national research using SHARE.
The opening session will take place at 9:30 am and will be attended by representatives of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Foundation for Science and Technology and the national coordinators of SHARE-Portugal.
