The Seminar “Introduction to cultural policies in Galicia”, organised by the Observatory of Policies on Science, Communication and Culture, will take place on November 3 at 4 pm. The scientific event will be broadcasted via Zoom.
This edition’s guest is Marcos Lorenzo, a technician in the Culture area of the City Hall of Ferrol in Spain. He will address the current cultural policies and their impacts in the region of Galicia.
Marcos Lorenzo is an economist with complementary training in anthropology and cultural management. He was the academic coordinator of the University Expert Course in Cultural Management at the University of Santiago de Compostela. He is a member of the Galician Culture Council and the “Culture and Sustainable Development” group of the Red Española de Desarrollo Sostenible – Sustainable Development Solutions Network (ONU).
