On March 4, at 15h00, in the Sala de Atos of the ICS and via Zoom, will take place a session on applications for FCT individual PhD scholarships promoted.
This session will bring together three speakers who will share their knowledge and experiences on this application. Among the subjects to be discussed, the most important will be the sharing of information about how to submit an application to external funding that may, in some way, help its execution. In particular, strategies on how to elaborate a research plan attractive to an evaluation panel; which elements to include in the work plan; which are the main mistakes made and how to avoid them.
The session is promoted by the Núcleo de Estudantes de Doutoramento em Sociologia [Sociology PhD Students’ Group] of University of Minho (NEDSUM), in collaboration with the Sociology Department of the ICS and the Direction of the PhD Program in Sociology.
