On May 9th, at 5:30 pm, in the ICS Room of Acts, the meeting “Challenges for the Communication of Science in the 21st Century” will take place on May 9th.
The session, organized by the Master’s Degree in Science Communication, is attended by Teresa Firmino, journalist, science editor of the newspaper Público; Helena Machado, sociologist at the University of Minho and holder of a grant from the European Research Council; Óscar Afonso, economist, president of the Observatory of Economics and Fraud Management and researcher at the University of Porto and Renato Henriques, geologist at the University of Minho and Co-coordinator of the Caminha-Espinho Coastal Program.
The Master in Science Communication is a new partnership between the Institute of Social Sciences and the School of Sciences of the University of Minho.
